These bands are good, light enough, and through intense gameplay don't give any bad headaches, the pressure is even on the face overall, and does what is has to do: prevent sweat!
I use a Meta Quest 3 for daily exercise and these sweat bands make it possible to play my workout games for long periods. I pair this with a silicon cover and I don't have screen fog issues or wetness around the facial interface. They stay put really well, as they're adjustable. I have an exceptionally large head and I loosen them all the way. The other people I know who use them love them too. They're breathable, very soft and comfortable on my sensitive skin. They're well made and survive the daily use I put them through. I wash them after one use, so I bought a few sets to always have a clean one ready.
I was struggling long time to find the best solution for VR-sports without messing up the headset cover. These masks are great for that purpose and really soak up a lot of sweat, while being very comfortable and pretty cheap.
